Today Gauldy gets in touch with the brains behind the most successful Canadian motocross team going, Honda Canada/GDR/Fox Racing team manager Derek Schuster. Derek is an interesting guy with an incredible success story within the industry and him and Gauldy get into the where, when, why and how it all happened. Here's a hint: it helps having Colton Facciotti and Dylan Wright as your riders but it takes much more than that and Derek was the one that put it all together.
